24 HOUR SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
24 hour service must be noted on purchase order and subject line of art file
Order/artwork/payment must be received by 12pm EST

No fax/email proofs
To be eligible for 24 hour service, credit card must be on file or on purchase order for immediate use - no phone calls
ORDERING
Please fax or email all orders
Order quantity must be catalog minimum
Less than minimum charge $50.00(A)
Less than minimum quantity is ½ of first column quantity
NO changes can be made on the day the order is scheduled to ship
PAYMENT
No C.O.D.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER credit cards only.
Net 30 terms are available upon completion of required credit application.

PROVIDING ART TO HUB PEN
Hub Pen is a PC-based shop
100% Black-and-white art only - no halftones or grays
Vector-based artwork, all fonts in outlines, no embedded bitmaps
Acceptable file formats: (.ai, .eps, .cdr, .cmx)
NON-acceptable formats: bitmapped art (.gif, .jpg, .png, .tif, .doc, .xls, .ppt)
Art touch-ups and rebuilds - minimum $40.00(A)
Minimum point size for text is 6 pt. Minimum line weight is .5
SILK SCREEN PRINTING
One time set up charge of $15.00(G)
Camera ready art only - No halftones or grays
PMS Color matching as close as possible
NOTE: PMS colors may not look exact when imprinted on colored pen barrels
Imprint color change charge of $15.00(G)
TWO COLOR PRINTING
Available only on the Javalina and Mardi Gras lines
Two screen charges at $15.00 (G)/ea (one time charge)
Second color silkscreen charge $0.16(A) additional per pen
Minimum quantity of 5000 pens
Preproduction proof required on 2 color imprint
Minimum production time is 5 days after approval of preproduction proof - additional time required for larger orders
LASER ENGRAVING
Laser logo charge $70.00(A)
Camera ready art only
No halftones or grays
Standard two line engraving
Straight-line engraving free of charge with one of Hub Pen's free fonts
Individual personalization charge $0.60(A)/ea
Provide all name lists in Word or Excel
Second side laser engraving charge $0.50(A)/ea
Please specify cap or barrel imprints, where applicable. If no placement, Hub Pen will use our best judgment concerning placement.
All laser engraved pens are shipped individually cellophaned
 HUB REVOLUTION LASER ENGRAVING
Allows up to ½" height for a laser logo or up to five lines of text. Imprint length remains the same.
Available for $0.98(A) per pen or $1.96(A) per pen/pencil set.
Logo fee applies
PHOTO PENS
Photo imaging art should be in full color and of good quality
Color insertion charge $40.00(A) per color
THE CAMBRIDGE COLLECTION
Hub Pen's Cambridge Collection has been designed and manufactured for your complete satisfaction and comes with a lifetime guarantee on mechanical parts. Any product requiring service from our Cambridge Collection will be repaired or replaced at no charge. If a product is no longer in production or is beyond repair, we will substitute a similar product in its place. This guarantee shows our commitment to using the finest materials to ensure you years of writing pleasure. Consumable parts such as lead, ink refills, and erasers are exempt from this warranty.

SAMPLE POLICY
Samples are shipped US mail unless a more expedited method is requested
Shipping charges apply to all sample orders.
Sample requests received before 12:00pm EST will ship same day, if received after 12:00pm EST samples will ship next day

Drop shipment - First three are free. Additional drop ship charge $7.00(A) per address
Third party shipping charge $3.00(A) per box
CANCELLED, CORRECTED, OR RETURNED ORDERS
Cancellations/corrections must be in writing
Cancelled order subject to cost up to cancellation
No returns 60 days after shipment
